For years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside men navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, fatherhood, marriage, leadership, and the invisible pressures that come with trying to be everything for everyone.
One thing has become clear.

FORGED was created to be that place — a place where strength is redefined, healing isn't weakness, faith becomes personal again, and brotherhood replaces isolation.

All meals from dinner Thursday through lunch on Sunday. Breakfast at 8:00 AM, lunch at 12:00 PM, and dinner at 6:00 PM.

FORGED was built with Black Christian men in mind — because the weight of being the provider, the protector, and the one who's "supposed to have it together" often goes unspoken in our community.
We welcome others, but we hold this space with the lived experience of Black men at its center, and ask every attendee to honor that with respect.

This retreat is rooted in faith and grounded in real, honest reflection. If you're open to that, you're welcome here — men of any background are welcome.

You don't need prior experience with therapy or group work — you just need to be open. Open to reflecting, open to being honest, open to being challenged toward freedom. We'll walk it with you.

No. You're responsible for your own travel to and from Elohee Retreat Center. Once registered, you'll get the address, arrival details, and travel tips.

This is a small, intimate retreat with limited spots, so all payments are non-refundable. If you can't attend, you're welcome to gift your spot to another man who needs it — just let us know so we can help with the transition.
